Cloud OS -- The New World Computing Infrastructure Modern
Cloud OS is the new World Computing Infrastructure Modern and is invented to prevent hacking for entire world and replace current hacked internet. The Cloud OS is invented with dynamic protocols and Neighbor-to-Neighbor routing technology provides the world with high secured data transferring across the World Interweb (like spider-web with multi-layers with center on each web) which are described on the detail page The Cloud OS Detail.
Current OS are hacked and hackers can get users data and password easily via Hacked Processes running in Microsoft Windows OS, I have provided HackedProcessKiller app for Windows OS which can be downloaded and free to use on the main webpage www.TheCloudOSCenter.com, plus the ZFilePackager app which provides users to zip data files for secured data backup with the 4k passwords (Password & Magic Number go thru the 4k Number Encryptor of the 4k Encryption Algorithm); Note that I got hacked heavily since early 2022, and I came up with these apps to protect my data and to protect my workstations at home to prevent hacking from hackers.
The current Internet Network Backbone was broken, hackers can carry servers to collect users' data anywhere. Current Data Center uses existing unsecured Internet Protocol with existing Linux OS which is hacked and the Data Center is currently controlled by certain country and not controlled fairly and securely for entire world which create more enemies for the country; and hacking was started heavily for almost 3 decades that many people in many countries are already known.
So, no country or government should controlled Cloud OS company to prevent force to hack; even within government they ask to hack each others, one government hacks other governments, one hacker group hacks and monitors the civilian, and hackers can be everywhere that can be asked to hack or hack to sell technology from one company to another... So, we should go with Cloud OS to prevent hacking even within the government which may leak the secret data of the country. Cloud OS Company should be private to protect data for users entire world and should be protected by the International under the International Laws.
International Life Protection
International Inventors should be protected by International Laws as well as the Mathematicians who are already in the Laws of International Protection. The scientists are protected by Country Laws, and if the scientists have contributed the works Internationally, they should be protected by International Laws too. The International Protection is to prevent certain countries taking advantage of kill-and-take all. Note that contribution is not donation; Contribution is the works that help an organization or a country or the world directly or indirectly to develop or improve things or many other things with merit and benefit, while donation is completely donated as a gift without asking for merit or benefit.
Invention Usage Licenses Competitors Challenges
Inventions should be certified and publicly disclosed so other companies or manufacturers can use license to make their products. Companies or manufacturers always have competitors to challenge their products to gain more customers to make profit, and they will challenge for the valid usage licenses and they will check other competitors for valid licenses by nature of business rules. Whichever company or manufacturer violates usage licenses, they would pay double price for the usage licenses and pay for the business violation penalty; the double price for the usage licenses will go to the International Patent office for commission and to the owner or inventor, and the business violation penalty is depended on the competitors requires and the courts.
Inventions Certified by the International Office
Inventions should be certified by the International Office to prevent conflict and stolen to protect Intellectual Property of the Inventors and to protect the licensed products of companies and manufacturers around the world. We should have only one International Invention Patent Office for the entire world. Home Country which the inventors live should receive more benefit or commissions when selling invention usage licenses used to companies or manufacturers around the world. All inventions should be publicly searchable and the International Patent office can charge the viewers for some small amount of money to view the complete invention documents. The International Patent office can show partial, couple first and last pages (n/p; n=1 for p<=5; n=2 for 5<p<=10; n=3 for 10<p; where n is couple first/last pages and p is total pages) of the documents for the viewers before the viewers pay to choose to view complete documents; the viewers interested on which invention for business, then selling usage licenses can be started when the viewers interested to contact for business, and the commission will go to the office after notified and satisfied with the owner or inventor. This way the International Patent office can have money to manage the organization.
One Unified World Patent Organization
We should unify to be one World Patent Organization (WPO) to manage and track the licenses easier to prevent the inventors thinking about go with their own attorneys laws office for legal paper-works of records of selling usage licenses by contact directly to other companies or manufacturers; then the inventors laws office will receive commissions which will bypass and break the International Office. With heavy hacking for last several years, hackers who could be from other counties may hack and collect other "old" inventions which were invented for the last decades or after WWII with unknown inventors from many different companies included defense companies with many different races workers, and we should unify to prevent hackers from taking "old" inventions to modify and submit for themself. The office should be at the country that uses English as the main language and has most nationalities which is suggested to be at California, United States of America. The inventors around the world can visit and receive patents and awards right in front of the WIO office site with more comfortable and more convenient. So, we should unify to be one World Patent Organization to keep the world safer, the invention secured, the usage licenses on the records and the life of World Patent Organization office, the uniqueness of the International Patent Certification instead of letting the inventors open the tracking and selling office with legal attorney by themselves.
